PRACTICAL DETAILS ABOUT YOUR EVENT

    Location of the Centre

    Transportation

    The Unisys International Management Centre will arrange for transportation to and from Nice airport based upon arrival and departure details provided by the delegates.

    The Rooms

    Each room is equipped with: Telephone, Television Hairdryer, trouser press, and A Unisys In Room Connect PC with high speed Internet connection. In addition, each room has an Ethernet high-speed connection for laptop, as well as a modem connection.
    Guests needing access to their internal corporate networks (Intranet) need to have the necessary software with them on their laptop for such connections (e.g. VPN software from Nortel, properly configured)

    Dietary requirements

    The restaurant can provide special dietary meals. Please ensure that requirements are specified as precisely as possible either on the registration form or latest upon arrival at the Centre. There is no "A la Carte" menu

    Change of Money

    The Centre can exchange small amounts of cash, Travellers Cheques and Euro-Cheques at the conditions and prevailing rates of the local banks. The following cards can be accepted: AMEX, Visa, Diner's and Carte Bleu. Personal cheques are not accepted.

    Valuables

    Safety deposit boxes are available at reception

    Other facilities

    Laundry service is available, except Sundays and Mondays, and takes 24 hours if handed in before 10 a.m. Recreational facilities include: tennis, outdoor swimming pool, mountain bikes, sauna, Jacuzzi and pétanque (local boule game). Sports equipment is available from our reception

    Seminar Fee

    The cost, which includes conference session, documentation, lodging, meals, transportation to and from the airport, is free of charge, but does not include extras such as telephone, laundry, etc. which will be invoiced in Euros at current exchange rates for payment at time of check-out. Additional taxis are charged directly to the client.
